I am doing Wigan to Ghana end of Feb ish in Honda Jazz car converted (slightly) to live, sleep in. Did Cape Town to Zanzibar via Namib. Capivri Strip, Zambia (where I visited the house I lived in when it was N. Rhodesia.)and Tanzania. Have travelled W. Africa extensively by bush taxi mainly. Lived with the Dogon for a bit and for R&R I rent a cabin on stilts on the Gambia river.

You've certainly seen a good portion of the world. Your trip to Ghana sounds exciting stuff - especially getting out of Wigan. Good luck with that.
